Sec. 996-41. - Separate license. A separate license shall be required for each public vehicle for hire. Each public vehicle for hire shall have one (1) license. In order to be licensed, every taxicab must satisfy both: (1) The general licensure requirements for public vehicles for hire; and (2) The additional specific requirements imposed by the article for taxicab licenses.
