Sec. 4.254. Accumulation of Vacation Time. Upon the approval of the appointing authority, employees may be permitted to accumulate vacation time not to exceed two (2) annual vacation periods, and no vacation hours shall be permitted to accrue in excess of the maximum two (2) annual vacation periods. Effective September 1, 2019, the maximum accumulated vacation time for non- represented employees shall increase from two (2) to three (3) annual vacation periods. SECTION HISTORY Based on Ord.
