19.41.050 - Effect of decision on extension or reinstatement. The granting of an extension or reinstatement request for a permit also extends or reinstates any other permits otherwise deemed expired under Section 19.41.020. The denial of an extension or reinstatement results in the immediate lapse of the permit and any other permits deemed expired under Section 19.41.020. Thereafter, the applicant shall file a new application for a permit or permits before undertaking any activity authorized by the lapsed permit. (Ord. 16882 § 2 (part), 2008)
