Houston Code of Ordinances § 5-79
in effectSec. 5-79. - Contents.
Any license issued pursuant to this division shall be signed by the director and shall state:
(1) To whom the license is issued;
(2) The date the license will expire;
(3) The address and location of the dance hall; and
(4) Whether the licensee is authorized to operate and conduct a Class A or B dance hall.
