8-16-070 Liquor saturated material to children. Any person who shall sell, deliver to, or procure for any child under 16 years of age any material saturated with or enclosing any spirituous, vinous, or fermented liquor shall be fined not less than $20.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense.
