Sec. 511-403. - Incorporation of regulations. Regulations adopted and effective pursuant to section 511-402 are expressly incorporated in this chapter, and a violation of any such regulation is a violation of this chapter and shall be enforced pursuant to Article VI of this chapter. Two (2) copies of each such regulation shall be on file at the office, and the clerk of the city-county council. (Code 1975, § 4-42; G.O. 15, 2001, § 42)
