2907.03 - Record of tests. It shall be the duty of the sealer of weights and measures to keep a daily record of all weighing and measuring devices used commercially which have been inspected and tested by the sealer of weights and measures and/or the sealer's deputies, as provided for in this code, along with the location, name of the business and the user/merchandiser of said devices, which shall be filed in the sealer's office or headquarters. All records in the sealer's charge shall at all times be subject to the inspection of the public. (Ord. 1584-86; Ord. No. 2019-2021, § 1, 7-26-2021)
