18-28-507.11 Grease filters. Type I hoods shall be equipped with listed grease filters designed for the specific purpose. Grease- collecting equipment shall be provided with access for cleaning. The lowest edge of a grease filter located above the cooking surface shall be not less than the height specified in Table 18-28-507.11.
