§ 43-87. - Administration and enforcement; inspection. (a) Administration. The provisions of this article shall be administered and enforced by the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief, or his designate, is authorized to make inspections of fire and other emergency alarm systems and of the premises wherein said device or system is located, or as otherwise provided herein. (b) Inspection. Any inspection of an alarm location or premises shall be the same as provided in this Code. (Code 1980, § 43-87; Ord. No. 18214, § 1, 8-6-85)
