Sec. 28-574. - Penalty. (a) Any violation of section 28-572 of this Code is a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine not to exceed $2000.00. Each separate package, container, or other separate unit containing an illicit synthetic drug shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (b) Any violation of section 28-573 of this Code is a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine not to exceed $2,000.00. Each separate package, container, or other separate unit containing any herbal incense shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (c) Prosecution or conviction under this article is cumulative of and shall never be a bar to any other civil or administrative remedy provided or allowed in this article or by law. (Ord.
