6.80.030 - License—Required. It is unlawful for any person to: (A) Commence, carry on or engage in the business of holding or conducting teenage dances or the business of operating a teenage dancehall or a teenage nightclub without first having procured a license so to do in accordance with this Chapter; or (B) Act as the responsible person for any teenage entertainment location without first having been approved for suitability so to do in accordance with LVMC Chapter 6.06.
