Sec. 3-143. - Integrity of leased premises. All tenants or lessees shall observe the graphic boundaries associated with and assigned to each lease agreement as being absolute and shall not encroach on adjacent areas by locating vehicles, aircraft, or equipment on or in such a manner as to have any portion extending onto or over adjacent property.
