3333.06 - Day care center standards. An adult or child day care center shall require a transportation plan, which shall be submitted as part of a zoning clearance application. The plan shall include a written and visual description of the loading and unloading, parking and traffic circulation areas. The director of the department of public service or designee shall review the transportation plan, and may modify or deny the plan for safety reasons.
