Sec. 32-208. - Financial records. The financial books and records of the parks board shall be open to inspection and audit during regular business hours by authorized representatives of the city, or by independent certified public accountants employed by the city. Similarly, the financial books and records of any trust created for the benefit of or to cooperate with the parks board shall be open to inspection and audit. (Ord. No. 2016-65, § 2(Exh.
