§128.0309 Recirculation of a Draft Environmental Document When significant new information is added to an environmental document after notice is given of the availability of the document for public review but before it is certified, the Planning Director shall recirculate the draft environmental document consistent with the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15088.5.
