Sec. 366.105. - Construction. This Chapter shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes stated in Section 366.101. In addition, this Chapter shall be construed so as to be consistent with the provisions of Florida Statutes, particularly F.S. Part III, Chapter 373, F.S. § 373.217 and F.S. § 376.307.
