in effectSec. 33-009. - Grant of operating permit; service requirements.
(a) Upon approval of an application for an operating permit by the director, and the execution of a permit agreement pursuant thereto, the director shall promptly issue the operating permit. Within ninety (90) days after receipt of such permit, the holder shall operate a city-wide ground transportation service in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the operating permit, the permit agreement, and the rules and regulations established by the director, for a period of twenty-four (24) months beginning on the date stated in the permit agreement.
(b) Each holder and dispatch service shall maintain a business office within the county limits of Bexar County, Texas.
