7-59-070 Construction. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude or interfere with the implementation by a gas utility company of measures necessary to assure the provision of adequate, efficient, reliable and environmentally safe service as required by the Illinois Public Utilities Act (220 ILCS 5/1-101, et seq.) or by applicable federal law.
