Sec. 6-44-95. - Ownership and control of vehicles. All entertainment transportation vehicles permitted under this article must be under the lawful control of a certificate holder demonstrated either by proof of ownership or a copy of a valid lease agreement and must be under the direct control of a permitted driver while in operation or use.
