1.16.010 - Persons violating law or found under suspicious circumstances.
A. The police officers of the city shall, with or without warrant, arrest all persons found in the act of violating any law or ordinance, and shall arrest all persons found under suspicious circumstances.
B. The police officers of the city shall, with or without warrant, arrest all persons found in suspicious places, or under circumstances which reasonably show that such persons have been guilty of some felony or breach of the peace, or threaten, or are about to commit some offense against the laws.
