917.04 - Director as officer of Rose subcommission. The director of recreation and parks shall in addition to the duties as director and as manager of the Park of Roses, Whetstone Park, serve as executive secretary of the "Columbus Rose subcommission" being established by separate ordinance of the council. As such executive secretary the director of recreation and parks shall be the coordinator of all activities with respect to the Park of Roses, between the said subcommission, city council and the city administration.
