Sec. 28-673. - Violation. Any failure to comply with any applicable provision of this article shall be an offense punishable as provided in section 1-6 of this Code. The police chief and the director of the department of administration and regulatory affairs shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 2022-307, § 2, 4-20-2022)
