§ 15-13-65 - RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION FOR DISTRICT-SCALE SYSTEMS. (A) The permittee shall provide a copy of the permit to all suppliers and users in a district-scale system. (B) The permittee, treatment system manager, suppliers, and users must have the permit available at all times for inspection by the director. (C) The permittee shall ensure that copies of the current operations and maintenance manual are kept in the business offices where each component of the district-scale system is located. Source: Ord.
