Sec. 4-32-11. - Benefits not modified by Social Security payments. No modification of the benefits provided in this article shall be made because of any amount or amounts payable to a participant under the provisions of the federal Social Security Acts, except for former employees of Goodwyn Institute, where the terms of the Goodwyn Cossitt agreement dated September 12, 1961, shall prevail.
