§ 32-297. - Parking signs required; exceptions. The Director or his designee shall cause the installation of appropriate signs giving notice of any parking time limits or parking regulations imposed by law. No such regulations shall be effective unless said signs are in place at the time of any alleged offense. Provided, however, this section shall not apply to Sections 32-304, 32-305, 32-306, 32-308, 32-310, 32-316, 32-322, 32-324, and 32-325 of this article. (Code 1970, § 34-93; Code 1980, § 32-297; Ord.
