Sec. 108.301. - Definitions. Any reference in this Part 3 to "communications," "communications services" or "communications system" means any transmission, emission and reception of signs, signals, writings, images and sounds of intelligence of any nature by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic systems and shall include all facilities and equipment owned, leased or used by all City and independent agencies, to the extent that they are required by law to use the services of the Communications Division.
