Sec. 511-201. - Establishment of air pollution control board. This section establishes an air pollution control board, which consists of nine (9) members. The mayor or the city-county council shall appoint the members of the board as provided in section 511-202. Each member shall serve at the pleasure of his/her appointing authority.
