§ 19-7. Penalties. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this subtitle or any order or requirement of the Director of Transportation under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $50 for each offense and a like sum of $50 for each and every day the violation continues.
