Sec. 10-238. - Same—Conditions for permit issuance. Upon the filing of a proper application pursuant to section 10-237 and the payment of the permit fee, the building official shall issue a permit for the placement of a modular home on such property unless the building official finds that the placement of the modular home on such property would violate any provision of the ordinances of the city or laws of the state, or finds that adequate utilities are not available for residential use of such modular home at the location set out in the application.
