SEC. 15D-9.23. CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS OF PERMITTEE. A person issued an ambulance personnel permit shall maintain a current mailing address on file with the director. The permittee shall notify the director of any change in this mailing address within 10 business days of the change. (Ord. 21861)
