§ 4-111 Definitions. For the purposes of the application of these 6 RCNY §§ 4-111 through 4-114 (unless the context indicates otherwise) the following definitions apply: Sell or offer to sell. "Sell" or "offer to sell" shall mean the act of selling, displaying, or offering for sale by a retailer or retail entity to the public for off-premises human consumption.
