4515.01 - Registry of Residential Rental Properties. There is hereby created in the Department a Registry of Residential Rental Properties. This registry shall be available for public inspection online or during regular business hours of the Department. The Director is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations related to the operation and enforcement of the Registry of Residential Rental Properties. (Ord. No. 0923-2026, § 1, 4-20-2026)
