9-4-020 Violation - Penalty. Every person who violates any provision of Chapters 9-4 through 9-100 for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be fined not less than $90.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense except that no fine for a parking, standing, or compliance violation adjudicated at the Department of Administrative Hearings may exceed $250.00.
