Austin City Code § 4-9-12
in effect§ 4-9-12 - PENALTY.
(A) Unless another penalty is specifically provided, a person who violates this chapter commits an offense punishable under the provisions of Section 1-1-99 (Offenses; General Penalty). An offense under this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor.
(B) A violation of Section 4-9-10 (Permit Fees and Issuance) is punishable by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $200.
(C) A violation of Section 4-9-11 (Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Designated Areas Prohibited) is punishable by a fine of not less than $1.
