18.02.104.1 - Contractors' responsibilities. It shall be the duty of every contractor who shall make contracts for the construction, installation or repair of buildings, structures, or fire protection, electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing systems, for which a permit is required, to conform to the requirements of this Code and the technical codes and with all other federal and state regulations.
