§52.5316 Sale of Forfeited Vehicle After Declaration of Forfeiture Any vehicle forfeited pursuant to this division shall be sold once a declaration of forfeiture is issued by the City Attorney or an order of forfeiture is issued by a court, as the case may be, pursuant to Sections 52.5310 and 52.5312.
