Sec. 6-44-15. - Manifests. It shall be the duty of every certificate holder operating vehicle for hire services to furnish regularly to the driver thereof an adequate number of printed manifests which shall contain the name of the driver of the vehicle for hire service, the license number and the date the sheet shall be completed by the driver at the time of the event, showing the time and place at which any passenger or passengers engaged the vehicle for hire services, the number of such passengers, the time and place at which such passengers were delivered to their destination, and the amount of the fare received by the driver. Recording of odometer is required at beginning/end of each trip on manifest by the vehicle for hire service driver. (Code 1985, § 39-203M; Ord. No. 4941, 5-7-2002)
