Sec. 780.333. - Standards for review. In considering a preconstruction application or a final application, the Director and the Commission shall follow the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings. The Director and the Commission shall also follow the Design and Demolition Standards contained in Chapter 307 and any standards in the ordinance designating a historic landmark or a particular area of the City as an historic district.
