§ 19-36. - Sign designating contractor to be attached to fence. Each fence erected by a fence contractor shall have attached to the fence, in a conspicuous location on the street side of the fence, a sign designating the fence contractor who installed the fence. The sign shall be a size no less than two inches in height and eight inches in width. (Code 1970, § 9-79; Code 1980, § 19-36)
