§ 39-13. Criminal penalties for 3rd or subsequent offense. Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle after having twice previously been found to have violated this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or to imprisonment for not more than 30 days or to both fine and imprisonment for each offense.
