c. 179, § 8. Power of moderator Section 8. The moderator of a meeting of the proprietors shall have the same power as the moderator of a town meeting, except the power of confining a person or causing him to be removed from the meeting. Whoever resists or disobeys his orders shall be subject to the pecuniary penalties provided for the like offences at a town meeting.
