92-47. Investigation; Issuance. 1. INVESTIGATION. Every license application shall be referred to the chief of police and the commissioner of neighborhood services, each of whom shall cause an investigation to be made and report their findings to the licensing committee in accordance with s. 85-21-2. 2. HEARING. Each application for a new license shall be referred to the licensing committee for a hearing in accordance with s. 85-2.7.
