3120.27 - Authorization required. Except in cases excluded by C.C. Section 3116.23, no person shall alter the built environment characteristics of the Conservation Neighborhood as defined in the Neighborhood Standards now or hereafter or make site improvements thereon without first applying for authorization therefore and obtaining either such authorization or a clearance.
