§ 14-4-3 - PERMIT REQUIRED. (A) A person may not operate a sidewalk café or sidewalk storefront without a permit issued by the director. (B) The director shall issue permits in accordance with this chapter. The director may not issue or renew a permit until the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required by Section 14-4-13 (Liability and Insurance) and complied with the provisions of this chapter.
