Sec. 19-7. - Use of coasters, roller skates, and similar devices restricted. (a) No person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and when so crossing such person shall be granted all the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to pedestrians. (b) The above section does not apply to roadways within city parks. (Code 1959, § 38-21; Ord. No. 2008-04-17-0317, § 2, 4-17-08)
