329.13 - Cost for inspections. The various divisions and departments of the city may charge a party that is interested in matters before, regulated by, or doing or seeking to do business with the city for the cost of travel, meals and lodging incurred in inspecting or examining supplies, materials, equipment or services prior to entering into a contract with said party. The cost of travel, meals and lodging shall be consistent with guidelines established for general city travel. All charges made and received pursuant to this section shall be deposited with the city treasurer. (Ord. No. 3062-2014, § 3, 12-15-2014)
