Sec. 150.403. - Sale to minors unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, barter or give, or to offer to sell, barter or give, to any person under the age of 18 any service, material, device or thing sold or offered for sale by an adult bookstore, adult motion picture theater, or adult entertainment establishment.
