Section 6.1-10 - REMOVAL. Members of the Commission will not be removed from office except for incompetence or nonfeasance, misfeasance or malfeasance in office, such as neglect of duty or refusal to perform the duties imposed by this Charter. Action may be initiated in writing by any member of the Council or Commission. Any removal will require an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Council.
