§ 12.5-315 PERMIT AND REGISTRATION REQUIRED. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly engages in mobile commercial cosmetic cleaning without a valid permit issued by the director. (b) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly operates or causes to be operated a mobile commercial cosmetic cleaning vehicle which is not registered with the director.
