Sec. 11-56-6. - Manner of enforcement. Violations of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the same manner as other misdemeanor violations of this Code, and shall be initiated upon issuance of a traffic citation ticket, or brought upon complaint of a private citizen by issuance of a summons, after verification by a police officer using a sound meter.
